- During the weekend, my brother went to the local show/fair and
managed to find a Phantom showbag for me. The cost of the bag was $7 and it
contained 10 Frew Phantom comics (two of which were $3 specials). The copyright date
on this bag is 1997. To see an image of the bag, click HERE.
- The Phantom has again appeared in the Mandrake comic strip,
this time on a child's shirt. Check out the two frames below:

- Ed Rhoades
just interviewed Tony DePaul for the upcoming Friends of the Phantom newsletter. Tony has
the distinction of having written the first syndicated Phantom story since Lee Falk's
passing.
- It seems as if Mercury Center may be having some problems -
the daily for September 5th, 1999 was actually that of September 5th, 1998.
