Catman		 In January 1951, Frew Publications began a series of comic books which contained Phantom stories known as 'Super Yank Comics'.  The series also contained the Australian drawn 'Catman' comic.

Each Super Yank issue appeared monthly and contained 24 pages printed in portrait format (except issue no. 13 which had a portrait cover yet the contents were printed in landscape format).  A total of 18 Super Yank issues were produced, 16 containing Phantom stories.

Issue no. 7 was not printed under the Super Yank title, but as a regular Frew Phantom comic book.  Frew issue no. 38 was released on September 19th, 1951 with the story 'Queen Pera the Perfect' backed up by a Catman story.  A telltale sign showing that Frew no. 38 was in fact Super Yank no. 7 is that on page 23, there is a reference to "next month's Super Yank Comic Book".
