Friends of the Phantom card no. 3

Keith Williams was born on September 16th, 1957.  He became the official Phantom daily strip inker after Sy Barry's retirement in 1994.    He currently works with George Olesen, the penciller for both the daily and Sunday strips.  Olesen and Williams were the first two artists to be given byline credit together on the Phantom comic strip.

Keith's work will appear on the packaging for the up-coming Phantom figure from Flatt World Figures.
